New Guideline For Covid Omicron

The new variant Omicron of covid-19 has been declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a Variant of Issue, which can spread rapidly. In this regard, new guideline for covid omicron have been issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, on 21st December 2021. In continuation of the above guidelines, the State Government issued order number 738/USDMA/792 (2020) earlier. Amendment dated 30th November 2021 as follows.

1- The provisions of the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, dated 1st December 2021, will be complied with by all concerned.

2- Order No. issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India The provisions of the date 30th November 2021 will be complied with by all concerned.

3- Because of the increasing cases of Omicron across the country, Corona guidelines social distance, wearing masks, and handwashing at all the public places of the district, tourist places, market, bus stand, railway station, Mandi shopping mall, and other crowded places. Strict adherence will be ensured for sanitizing etc. Strict action will be taken against the concerned for violating the above.

4- A program will be introduced to inform people of the new variant Omicron of Covid-19 in each district. Strict obedience to the following guidelines of COVID-19 administration in the state will be ensured: Wearing masks will be mandatory for persons traveling in public places, offices, and public transport. In public places, it will be compulsory for individuals to maintain a distance of 6 feet by following social space.

Spitting in public places will be prohibited, for which there will be a provision of the penalty with a prescribed fine. Consumption of paan, gutkha, tobacco, etc., will be forbidden in public places.
